Where is the pick up location?

Can you ship cookies?
No, at this time I do not ship any of my cookies. Local pick up only.
What is your refund policy?
I do not offer any refunds unless there is a mistake on my end, in which case I will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Can I freeze my decorated cookies?
Yes! You can absolutely freeze decorated sugar cookies. There are a few important steps that need to be taken to ensure the cookies defrost properly. Please ask me for instructions.
How much notice do you need to place an order?
As much notice as possible - a minimum of 2 weeks to request an order, but that does not guarantee availability.
How does the custom order process work?
Fill out the Custom Order Request form on this website, DM, or email me. Once I receive the request, I will check availability and get back to you within a couple days. If I am able to create your order at the time you requested we will discuss exactly what you would like, review inspiration photos, confirm the packaging, and payment will need to be made to secure that date.
